J.R. Paguia

Biography

J.R. has over two decades of progressive responsibility and expertise in information technology. He has designed, implemented and supported highly reliable and complex technology infrastructures for several small and medium sized companies. Prior to joining NeoVista, J.R. was the key executive responsible for the computing and telephony division of a leading California commercial real estate brokerage with 15 offices and nearly 500 users. He has consulted with other technology leaders who wanted to replicate his success and effectiveness in their own environments. Many of J.R.’s protégés have gone on to lead their own technology teams using his proven concepts and methodologies.
